Red Shoe does not make our clients fit a model; our models are made to fit where the client is today and where they want to go tomorrow. Our models do build executives into taking all reactive items out of their daily routine and into strategic thinking models; you will move from reactive to proactive. The executive’s strengths and their direct reports strengths are brought to the forefront creating dynamic growth for the organization as a whole.
Executive and Leadership Coaching: Red Shoe coaching develops executives to the next level in their career. Moving their career forward with positive engagement in executive presence, communication, influence (subordinates, peers, leadership, and clients), develop crucial conversation skills, develop risk tolerance, and leverage their strengths to the next level in their career and team development as desired.
Communication Coaching: Red Shoe Communication coaching leverages the Red Shoe Communication Assessment to bring a bigger picture to individual communication styles. We take a deep dive in your communication style and how to influence others by developing your style and authentic voice. Knowing how others view and communicate with the world you are able to influence your desired outcome. Influencing the outcome is listening with a more in-depth understanding.
The "Red Shoe" Approach
- Agreement: Review of executive objectives, talk to stakeholders, company objectives, end in mind goals.
- Assessment: Take the Red Shoe Assessment and Top4™ values assessment.
- Objectives: List objectives and deliverables for coaching client and deliverables Red Shoe will complete.
- MAP: Measureable Action Plan, everything is measureable. From here we create measureable items for review and accountabilities.
- Launch: Full launch into coaching program as set up with the previous four steps.
- Review & Feedback: Progress, objectives are being met or working toward next steps.
- Recap: Exit of program, with review of objectives, goals, future recommendations, and post coaching call scheduled.
